General Terms
si6x ("Platform", "we", "us") is an organization that operates an online entertainment and gaming service. This terms and conditions document is considered a binding legal agreement between you ("user", "member") and si6x.
By accessing the si6x platform, creating an account, playing games, depositing or withdrawing funds, you are bound to comply with all provisions of these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the si6x service.
1.1 Scope of Application
These terms apply to the si6x website, mobile version, all games, bonus offers, payment services, and customer support — covering the entire service. In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy apply to you equally.
1.2 Language and Interpretation
This document is written in Bengali. In case of any conflict or ambiguity, the Bengali version will be considered final. si6x reserves the right to make the final interpretation of any term.

Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account on si6x, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This service is approved only for those aged 21 or above.
- You must provide your real name, a valid email address, and accurate personal information.
- A person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You must use your own personal device and payment method — use of third-party information is not permitted.
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
si6x may at any time request documents necessary to verify your identity and information — such as a national ID card, passport, or proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for any activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
To deposit funds on si6x, you must use a payment method registered in your name. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the deposited funds may be returned.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The following rules apply to withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
- Withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on si6x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Accepting this bonus means you have agreed to all terms related to the bonus.
Wagering Requirement: The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. Withdrawals from the bonus are not permitted before this requirement is met.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
- More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.
- The contribution of different games toward meeting bonus requirements may vary — slot games generally contribute in full.
- si6x reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if suspicious activity or bonus abuse is detected.
- si6x reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
4.3 VIP Program
The si6x VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver, and up to 1.5% for Gold. Abuse of VIP benefits may result in tier cancellation.

Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Guarantee
All games on the si6x platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely fair and impartial results. The outcome of each game is independent and does not depend on any previous game.
5.2 Technical Issues
If any game session remains incomplete due to a technical error, disconnection, or system issue, si6x will review the game logs to determine the outcome. In such situations, si6x's decision will be considered final.
5.3 Game Provider Terms
Games from international providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe are available on the si6x platform. These games follow the respective provider's own policies and rules — si6x is not responsible for those terms.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the si6x platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
- Registering an account with false or misleading information.
- Conducting artificial transactions for the purpose of abusing bonus benefits (bonus hunting / arbitrage).
- Using any kind of automation software, bots, or hacking tools.
- Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately toward other members or si6x staff.
- Misusing the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the system.
If any of the above activities are detected, si6x reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit all balances, and may notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.
Section 07
Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Closure by si6x
si6x may immediately suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false information or failing identity verification.
- Suspicion of illegal activity.
- Regulatory or legal requirements.
7.2 Closure by Member
You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding bonus requirements may need to be fulfilled before the account is closed. Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned through the designated process.
7.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
si6x makes every effort to keep its service uninterrupted. However, si6x will not be liable for the following:
- Internet disconnection or issues caused by the user's device.
- Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
- Unexpected technical issues or maintenance downtime.
- Losses caused by the user's own negligence or by sharing account information with a third party.
- Service interruption due to regulatory changes or government directives.
In no circumstances will si6x's maximum liability exceed the total amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.
